TORONTO – Ogni anno, il Governatore Generale del Canada pubblica un elenco di canadesi provenienti da tutto il Paese che, in seguito allo screening delle raccomandazioni presentate al Segretariato, vengono accettati nell’Ordine del Canada. L’Honor ha tre fasi, la prima è quella introduttiva. Quest’anno, tra i 135 ammessi, c’è un membro della comunità italiana: Ralph Chiodo, C.M., Toronto, Ontario, “per il suo impegno nella comunità e la sua generosa filantropia, e per la sua leadership nell’industria automobilistica”. Il Corriere Canadese si congratula con Ralph Chiodo.
TORONTO – Every year, the Governor General of Canada publishes a list of Canadians from across the Country who, subsequent to screening of recommendations submitted to the Secretariat, are accepted into the Order of Canada. The Honor has three stages, the first is the introductory one. This year, the 135 inductees includes one member from the Italian community: Ralph Chiodo, C.M., Toronto, Ontario, “for his community engagement and generous philanthropy, and for his leadership in the automotive industry”. The Corriere Canadese extends its congratulations to Ralph Chiodo.
