“The property in question neither belongs to the Government of Italy, nor the CIBPA”

This is further to your “Press Release”, dated February 8, 2018, a copy of which is attached.
In your press release, you state that “all inquiries regarding the Property should be directed to CBRE Limited Brokerage, as Advisor for the Owner”.
Please indicate who you assert the "Owner" to be, and on what basis? The property in question neither belongs to the Government of Italy, nor the CIBPA. Its title is handcuffed in the illegal and unconstitutional seizure of that prope1ty, in the context of the illegal and unconstitutional internment of Canadian Citizens of Italo-Canadian heritage, during WWII. Prior lo its seizure, the property was acquired, with fonds from, and on behalf, of the Italo-Canadian Community.
Furthermore, the Property has been designated, provincially, as a heritage site, during the Davis Government.
This letter will serve as notice to any and all parties, that short of a judicial determination of the ownership of the Property, and pursuant to what parameters the property is allowed to be developed and/or demolished, in whole or in part, legal proceedings will be commenced against any and all parties, including Consulate staff and their agents, who, without legal ownership or authority, proceed with any development.
