OTTAWA - The Minister of Finance, Bill Morneau, has resigned his office and his position as MP. The speculations will be turbo charged. None of it will bode well for the Trudeau government. Finance Ministers have left governments in the past, not usually of their own volition. This instance would appear to be different. There cannot be much goodwill left between the Prime Minister and the Former Finance Minister. Typically “no light passes between them". What next?
